Collective notice for communication by publication no. 18121 of 25 February 2026

Pursuant to art. 54 of Law 207/2015 on the Fiscal Procedure Code, as subsequently amended and supplemented, we communicate that the notice regarding the sale of immovable property no. 18109/25.02.2026 has been issued, owned by the debtor SC QUARTZ EXIM SRL, with headquarters in PLOIESTI, Str. Republicii no. 177 bl.10E, sc.A, ap.6.

  The fiscal administrative act mentioned above may be consulted by its holders at the Serviciul Public Finante Locale Ploiești (Public Service for Local Finances Ploiesti), Independentei Street no. 16.

We specify that the notice is maintained for 60 days from the date of its publication.

The present fiscal administrative act shall be considered communicated within 15 days from the date of posting the notice.
