sale by public auction, with full or instalment payment, of the property – land of 142 sqm, located in Ploiești, Gazetei St. no. 4, belonging to the private domain of the Municipality of Ploiești, registered in Land Book no. 137544, in accordance with the provisions of Decision of the Local Council of the Municipality (Hotărâre a Consiliului Local) no. 439/28.08.2025 and of GEO (OUG) 57/2019, regarding the Administrative Code, with subsequent amendments and additions.
