2. General information regarding the subject of the public auction procedure:

sale of 32 land lots, located in Ploiești, Găgeni St. no. 98A, belonging to the private domain of the Municipality of Ploiești. The sale is carried out by public auction, with full or instalment payment, for each lot, in accordance with

the provisions

of Decision of the Local Council of the Municipality of Ploiești (Hotărâre a Consiliului Local) no. 379/28.07.2025. The legal basis is the Administrative Code – GEO (OUG) no. 57/2019, with subsequent amendments and additions.
