regarding the sale by public auction of the garage property (land+construction) located in Ploiești, Cosânzeana St. no. 6, belonging to the private domain of the Municipality of Ploiești

2. General information regarding the subject of the public auction procedure:

sale of the garage property (land+construction) located in Ploiești, Cosânzeana St. no. 6, belonging to the private domain of the Municipality of Ploiești. The sale is carried out by public auction in accordance with the provisions of Decision of the Local Council of the Municipality of Ploiești (Hotărâre a Consiliului Local) no. 386/28.07.2025. The legal basis is the Administrative Code – GEO (OUG) no. 57/2019, with subsequent amendments and additions.
