General information regarding the subject matter of the public auction procedure: sale of the property (land + construction) located in Ploiești, Eroilor street, no. 58, registered in Land Registry no. 153140, belonging to the private domain of the Municipality of Ploiești. The sale is carried out by auction in accordance with the provisions of Decision of the Local Council of the Municipality of Ploiești (Hotărârea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Ploiești) no. 11/29.01.2026. The legal basis is the Administrative Code (Codul Administrativ) – GEO no. 57 of 2019, with subsequent amendments and additions.
