Public consultation – 2025, Toma Caragiu

25.03.2025 – Primăria Municipiului Ploiești (Ploiești City Hall), today, 25.03.2025, invites all interested parties to the public debate meeting on the following draft normative act: Draft budget of the Ploiești municipality for the year 2025. The event takes place on 27.03.2025, at 17:00, in the auditorium of the “Toma Caragiu” Theatre, Ploiești. Speaking slots will last a maximum of 10 minutes and will refer exclusively to the draft decision.

Interested persons are kindly asked to register online at the e-mail address comunicare@ploiesti.ro or at Direcția Comunicare, Relații Publice și Situații de Urgență (Communication, Public Relations and Emergency Situations Directorate) within Primăria Municipiului Ploiești, Piața Eroilor no. 1A, Ploiești, working hours Monday-Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 – 14:00, telephone 0244/516699 / ext. 427.

All interested parties are invited to participate in the public debate: natural and legal persons, civil society organisations, commercial companies, representatives of interested public institutions, the press, etc. The documentation accompanying the draft normative act may be consulted: • on the institution’s website, www.ploiesti.ro – in the Local Council – Decision-Making Transparency section • at the headquarters of Primăria Municipiului Ploiești, Direcția Comunicare, Relații Publice și Situații de Urgență, according to the schedule above. • a copy of the draft normative act can be obtained on the basis of a request submitted at the Ploiești Municipality Registry, during the following public working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 09:00-13:00, Wednesday – 10:00 – 16:00.

We note that proposals, suggestions and opinions with the value of recommendation regarding the draft normative act subject to the decision-making transparency procedure may also be submitted by 27.03.2025, at 12:00: • to the e-mail address: comunicare@ploiesti.ro • by mail, to Piața Eroilor no. 1A, Ploiești; • at the headquarters of Primăria Municipiului Ploiești, at the Registry, during the working hours mentioned above. Submitted materials shall bear the wording „Proposals regarding the Draft budget of the Ploiești municipality for the year 2025.” Proposals, suggestions and opinions with the value of recommendation will be published on the website of Primăria Municipiului Ploiești at the link http://www.ploiesti.ro/transparenta.php.
