Public notice on the submission of the request to obtain the environmental approval for the plan/programme “Amendment of the PUZ (zonal urban plan) approved by HCL (Local Council Decision) no. 607/20.12.2018 for the construction of the Ploiesti Municipal Hospital by changing the functions and urban indicators on the land located on Ghighiului Street – Ploiesti” – 15.12.2021

MUNICIPIUL PLOIESTI (Municipality of Ploiesti), with its registered office in Ploiesti, Piata Eroilor no. 1A, holder of the plan/programme “Amendment of the PUZ (zonal urban plan) approved by HCL (Local Council Decision) no. 607/20.12.2018 for the construction of the Ploiesti Municipal Hospital by changing the functions and urban indicators on the land located on Ghighiului Street – Ploiesti”, proposed to be located in Ploiesti, 25C Ghighiului Street, hereby informs the interested public of the submission of the request to obtain the environmental approval for the aforementioned plan/programme and the launching of the screening stage.
The first version of the plan/programme may be consulted at the headquarters of the Prahova Environmental Protection Agency in Ploiesti, 306 Gh. Gr. Cantacuzino Street, Monday to Friday between 9.00 – 13.00.
Observations/comments and suggestions are received in writing at the headquarters of A.P.M. Prahova (Prahova Environmental Protection Agency), within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
