PLOIESTI MUNICIPALITY, with headquarters in Ploiesti, Piata Eroilor nr. 1A, informs the public on the decision to issue the environmental approval (avizul de mediu) required for the adoption of the plan/programme “PUZ – Change of land use, str. Cosminele nr. 11A – Ploiesti” located at Cosminele nr. 11A, Ploiesti, not to subject to environmental assessment for plans and programmes.
