a direct procurement
in accordance with the provisions of art. 7, para. (5) and (7) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, for the award of the service provision contract

Service performance period
: 30 days, calculated from the start date entered on the start order until the date of delivery of the documentation to the contracting authority.

Contract duration
: The contract takes effect from the date of registration with the contracting authority, after it is signed by both parties and the performance bond is constituted, until the full fulfilment of the obligations by the contracting parties.

Lowest price
in compliance with the requirements of the specifications.
