Selection plan consultation notice (initial component) – Hale și Piețe SA – 27.05.2025

In accordance with the provisions of art. 5 para. (4) of Annex 1 to Government Decision (Hotărârea de Guvern) no. 639/2023 approving the methodological norms for the application of Government Emergency Ordinance (Ordonanța de urgență a Guvernului) no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises,
the Municipality of Ploiești (Municipiul Ploiești), as supervisory public authority (autoritate publică tutelară), is organizing consultations in order to finalize the initial component of the Company’s selection plan.
The draft initial component of the selection plan of Hale și Piețe S.A. Ploiești may be consulted on the website of the supervisory public authority by accessing the following link:

If shareholders do not submit proposals for amendment and supplementation, the initial component of the selection plan for the selection of 5 (five) administrators at Hale și Piețe S.A. Ploiești is deemed finalized and will be approved by Local Council Decision.
