Public consultation – 2025, Regulation for issuing the Road Administrator’s Approval for connection/branch works to the existing technical-utility infrastructure in the area, carried out on properties belonging to the public domain of the Ploiești Municipality or on land administered by U.A.T. Ploiești Municipality

27.08.2025 – Today, 27.08.2025, Primăria Municipiului Ploiești (Ploiești City Hall) announces the opening of the decision-making transparency procedure for the drafting of the following normative act: “Regulation for issuing the Road Administrator’s Approval for connection/branch works to the existing technical-utility infrastructure in the area, carried out on properties belonging to the public domain of the Ploiești Municipality or on land administered by U.A.T. (Administrative-Territorial Unit) Ploiești Municipality”. This draft can be consulted on the institution/municipality website www.ploiesti.ro, in the Decision-Making Transparency Section. The documentation accompanying the draft normative act includes: APPROVAL REPORT SPECIALIST REPORT – DIRECȚIA ADMINISTRAȚIE PUBLICĂ (Public Administration Directorate), LEGAL – LITIGATION, PUBLIC PROCUREMENT, CONTRACTS SPECIALIST REPORT – DIRECȚIA TEHNIC INVESTIȚII (Technical Investments Directorate) AND DIRECȚIA GENERALĂ DE DEZVOLTARE URBANĂ (General Directorate for Urban Development) ANNEX – REGULATION, ANNEX 1, ANNEX 2 and ANNEX 3. The documentation for this draft can be consulted on the institution/municipality website www.ploiești.ro, in the Decision-Making Transparency Section.

A copy of the draft normative act can be obtained on the basis of a request submitted to the Public Relations and Administrative Procedures Monitoring Service within Primăria Municipiului Ploiești. Interested parties may formulate/send, in writing, proposals, suggestions or opinions (with the value of recommendation) on the aforementioned draft normative act, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the draft is published on the website. Proposals, suggestions or opinions shall be submitted at the headquarters of Primăria Municipiului Ploiești, namely at the PLOIEȘTI MUNICIPALITY REGISTRY or at the REGISTRY OF DIRECȚIA GENERALĂ DE DEZVOLTARE URBANĂ, or sent to the e-mail addresses: comunicare@ploiesti.ro and dir.urbanism@ploiesti.ro, within the deadline mentioned above.

Submitted materials shall bear the wording “Regulation for issuing the Road Administrator’s Approval for connection/branch works to the existing technical-utility infrastructure in the area, carried out on properties belonging to the public domain of the Ploiești Municipality or on land administered by U.A.T. Ploiești Municipality”. Proposals, suggestions and opinions with the value of recommendation will be published on the institution’s website, at the link http://www.ploiesti.ro/transparenta.php.

Recommendations submitted in writing that are not adopted will be justified in writing. For interested parties, there is the possibility to organise a meeting to publicly debate the aforementioned draft normative acts, if requested in writing by an association, within at most 10 calendar days from publication of the date and location of the meeting.
