PUBLIC ENTERPRISES MONITORING DEPARTMENT

Brief description

The Public Enterprises Monitoring Department has the role of monitoring the performance of public enterprises in which the municipality is a shareholder and supports corporate governance. We serve the citizens of the municipality, the Local Council and the other structures of the City Hall, in compliance with the legislation and the Organisation and Functioning Regulation approved by HCL (Local Council Decision) no. 280/28.06.2024.

Main responsibilities

Monitoring the performance indicators and administration plans of public enterprises.

Organising the selection procedure for the administrators of the companies in which the Municipality of Ploiești is a shareholder.

Applying the principles of corporate governance (O.U.G. no. 109/2011 – Government Emergency Ordinance) and reporting to the City Hall management.
