EXAMINATION FOR PROMOTION TO PROFESSIONAL GRADE

The Ploiesti City Hall organises an examination for promotion to the immediately higher professional grade on 18.11.2025 at 11.00 – written test, at the institution’s headquarters in Ploiesti, Piata Eroilor no. 1A, in accordance with the provisions of art. 478 and art. 479 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, as amended and supplemented, corroborated with the provisions of art. 156 of Annex no. 10 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, as amended and supplemented, for the following execution public positions:

Conditions for participation in the examination:
Candidates must meet the general conditions provided by art. 479 para. (1) with the exception of letter b) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, as amended and supplemented, namely:
– to have at least 3 years of seniority in the professional grade of the public position from which they are being promoted;
– to have obtained at least the rating of “good” in the evaluation of individual performances in the last 2 years of activity;
– not to have an unexpunged disciplinary sanction under the conditions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, as amended and supplemented.

The registration files for the examination are submitted at the headquarters of the Ploiesti City Hall, within 20 days from the date of publication of the notice, namely during the period 17.10.2025 – 05.11.2025, inclusive, and obligatorily contain the following documents:
– copy of the work record book or certificate issued by the human resources compartment in order to attest the seniority in the professional grade from which one is being promoted;
– copies of the reports of evaluation of the individual professional performances from the last 2 years of activity;
– certificate issued by the human resources compartment in order to attest the disciplinary situation of the civil servant, in which it is expressly mentioned whether a disciplinary sanction has been applied to him/her, which has not been expunged;
– the registration form provided in art. 137 letter “b” of Annex no. 10 to GEO no. 57/2019 as amended and supplemented, which can be downloaded by accessing .

Copies of the above documents are presented as legalised copies or accompanied by the original documents, which are certified for conformity with the original by the secretary of the contest commission.
