ISSUING OF LOCATION APPROVAL WITH RESPECT TO THE PUBLIC PASSENGER TRANSPORT NETWORK
The location approval with respect to the public passenger transport network is requested for the following types of works: extension and rehabilitation of urban utility networks, creation of access ways.

What is the applicable legislation?
- LAW 50/1991 on the authorisation of the execution of construction works, republished, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
SUBMISSION:
The beneficiary submits the file containing the documentation required for issuing the “Location approval with respect to the public passenger transport network” to the registry staff of the company, which registers it on the basis of the application for issuance. Following the review of the structure and content of the technical documentation submitted, any clarifications or supplementations of documents missing from the file may subsequently be requested.
RELEASE:
Release of the approval to the applicant after the approval fee has been paid and proof of payment has been presented.
The file submitted by the applicant for issuing the approval shall contain the following documents (in copy) attached to the application addressed to the company:
- The urbanism certificate;
- Site plans / area framing plans, annex to the urbanism certificate;
- Cross-section or longitudinal profile, depending on the specifics of the work;
- Site plans for the area affecting the public transport network.
