Selection plan consultation – TCE SA

In accordance with the provisions of art. 10 paras. (2) and (3) of Annex 1 to Government Decision no. 639/2023 for the approval of the methodological norms for the application of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public undertakings,
the Municipality of Ploiești, in its capacity as guardian public authority (autoritate publică tutelară), is organising consultations with a view to finalising the integral component of the selection plan of the Company.
The draft integral component of the selection plan of Transport Călători Express S.A. Ploiești may be consulted on the website of the guardian public authority by accessing the following link:

Shareholders representing, individually or jointly, at least 5% of the share capital have the right to formulate in writing, by sending to the e-mail address: guvernanta@ploiesti.ro, proposals for amendment and supplementation of the draft integral component of the selection plan of the Company within 5 days from the date of publication.
If the shareholders do not submit proposals for amendment and supplementation, the integral component of the selection plan for the selection of 5 (five) administrators at Transport Călători Express S.A. Ploiești is considered finalised and will be approved.
