Traffic restrictions near Ilie Oană Stadium on 18 November

The Municipal Commission for Transport and Traffic Safety has approved the request of the Romanian Football Federation regarding the conduct of the match between the senior national team of Romania and the equivalent national team of San Marino, counting for the FIFA World Cup 26TM Qualifiers GROUP H, on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, at 21⁴⁵, at the “Ilie Oană” Stadium in Ploiești.

For the conduct of the event under conditions of maximum safety, vehicle traffic will be restrictedin the area of the Ilie Oană stadium, as follows:

– on Alexandru Vlahuță Street, for setting up the TV Trucks Parking and the Media Parking (perimeters fenced off and supervised by stewards, in accordance with the requirements) behind Stand 1, as follows:

· starting from MONDAY – 17.11.2025, at 10⁰⁰, until TUESDAY – 18.11.2025, at 9⁰⁰ – perimeters will be installed only on the sidewalk facing the stadium, for setting up two parking areas (TV Parking and Media Parking);

· on TUESDAY – 18.11.2025, between 9⁰⁰ – 15⁰⁰ – vehicle traffic will be restricted to a single lane, from the level of the stadium ticket offices up to the intersection with Stadionului Street.

· on TUESDAY – 18.11.2025, between 15⁰⁰ – 24⁰⁰ – vehicle traffic will be totally restricted from the intersection with Mihai Bravu Street, up to the intersection with Stadionului Street.

– on Stadionului Street:

· starting from MONDAY – 17.11.2025, at 18⁰⁰, until TUESDAY – 18.11.2025, at 24⁰⁰ – a parking area will be delimited (Parking 1) with metal fences, along the curb, on the sidewalk, from the entrance to the stadium courtyard up to the TCE bus stop, without blocking the pedestrian space or the roadway.

· starting from MONDAY – 17.11.2025, at 18⁰⁰, until TUESDAY – 18.11.2025, at 24⁰⁰ – a parking area will be delimited (Parking 2) with metal fences, in the “triangle” in front of the entrance to the “Sfântul Nicolae Nou” Church.

In the two parking areas, Parking 1 and Parking 2, access will be granted on the basis of special tickets issued by the organizer.

· on TUESDAY – 18.11.2025, between 15⁰⁰ – 24⁰⁰ – vehicle traffic will be totally restricted from the intersection with Poștei Street up to the intersection with Alexandru Vlahuță Street.

– on Mihai Bravu Street:

· on TUESDAY – 18.11.2025, between 15⁰⁰ – 24⁰⁰ vehicle traffic will be totally restricted, from the intersection with Udriște Năsturel Street up to the intersection with Armoniei Street.

– on Sportului Street:

· from the intersection with Praga Street up to the intersection with Stadionului Street – starting from TUESDAY – 18.11.2025, from 15⁰⁰, until 24⁰⁰.

– on George Topârceanu Street:

· from the intersection with Dr. Toma Ionescu Street, up to the intersection with Alexandru Vlahuță Street – starting from TUESDAY – 18.11.2025, from 15⁰⁰, until 24⁰⁰.

– on Latină Street:

· on TUESDAY – 18.11.2025, between 15⁰⁰ – 24⁰⁰ – vehicle traffic will be totally restricted, from the intersection with Stadionului Street up to the entrance gate of the stadium.

– on 1 Mai Street

– on Armoniei Street, starting from TUESDAY – 18.11.2025, between 15⁰⁰ – 24⁰⁰

– on Artei Street

The Traffic Office of the Ploiești Municipal Police and the Ploiești Local Police will monitor compliance with this decision and will ensure the total restriction of the streets mentioned.
