Diverted traffic for routes 5, 7, 22/22b, 28, 36, 44b, 104, 106, 302, 305 and 401 on Tuesday, 18 November this year

The City Hall of the Municipality of Ploiești informs the citizens that, on Tuesday, 18.11.2025, between 17³⁰-24⁰⁰, routes 5, 7, 22/22b, 28, 36, 44b, 104, 106, 302, 305 and 401 will operate on diverted routes, as follows:

Route 5: County Hospital – M. Bravu District
– on the direction County Hospital – Mihai Bravu District, normal route until Ștefan Greceanu Street, then the streets: Nicolae Bălcescu, Dr. Bagdazar, Buna Vestire, Mircea cel Bătrân, Grădinari, then it will return at the roundabout located at the intersection of Mihai Bravu and Chimiei Streets, with a drop-off and pick-up stop at “Grădinari”, located on Grădinari Street toward the City Centre. The following stops cannot be used: Poștei, Tăbăcărie, Războieni, Neajlov, Mihai Bravu.

– on the  direction Mihai Bravu District – County Hospital  the following streets will be used: Grădinari, Armași,  Lupeni, Ștefan cel Mare, Nicolae Bălcescu, with a stop at the History Museum, Ștefan  Greceanu, then the normal route. The following stops cannot be used: Mihai Bravu, Neajlov, Tanin, Stadion, Poștei. 

Route 7: Dorobanțul – Bariera Rudului
-on the direction Dorobanțul – City Centre, normal route until the intersection of Mircea cel Bătrân and Armași Streets, left on Armași, Lupeni, Ștefan cel Mare, Nicolae Bălcescu with a stop at the History Museum, then the known route. The following stops cannot be carried out: School 9 and Armoniei Church.

– on the direction Bariera Rudului – Dorobanțul the route is not modified.

Route 22/22b: Auchan/Selgros – Bariera Unirii
– on the direction Auchan/Selgros – Bariera Unirii the route is not modified.

– on the  direction Bariera Unirii – Auchan/Selgros, the following streets will be used:  Lupeni, then right onto Ștefan cel Mare and Nicolae Bălcescu Streets, with a stop at the History Museum, then the known route. The following stops cannot be carried out: School 9 and Armoniei Church. 

Routes 28, 36, 44b, 106: City Centre – UZTEL
– on the direction City Centre – UZTEL, normal route until Buna Vestire Street, then the following streets will be used: Mircea cel Bătrân, Grădinari, Mihai Bravu, then the normal route. The following stops cannot be used: Maternity Hospital and Grădinari.

– on the  direction UZTEL – City Centre,  normal route until the FERO stop,  then the following streets will be used: Grădinari, Armași, Lupeni, Ștefan cel Mare, Nicolae Bălcescu with a stop at the History Museum. The following stops cannot be used: Maternity Hospital, Grădinari and Armoniei Church. On this direction, the route of line 106 is not modified.

Route 104: Armoniei – UZTEL
– on the direction City Centre – UZTEL: it will have its line terminus at the Petroleum Museum and the following streets will be used: Dr. Bagdazar, Buna Vestire, Mircea cel Bătrân, Grădinari, Mihai Bravu, then the normal route. The following stops cannot be used: Armoniei, Maternity Hospital and Grădinari.

– on the  direction UZTEL – City Centre, normal route until the FERO stop, then the following streets will be used: Grădinari, Armași, Lupeni, Ștefan cel Mare, Nicolae  Bălcescu, Dr. Bagdazar. The following stops cannot be used: Grădinari, Maternity Hospital and Armoniei Church.

Route 302: FERO – PIP
– on the direction FERO – City Centre, from the FERO stop, the following streets will be used: Grădinari, Armași, Lupeni, Ștefan cel Mare, Nicolae Bălcescu, with a stop at the History Museum. The following stops cannot be used: Maternity Hospital, Grădinari and Armoniei Church.

– on the  direction P.I.P. – FERO  the route is not modified.

Route 305: FERO – ARMAȘI
– on the direction PIP – ARMAȘI, normal route until Gh. Lazăr Street, then Dr. Bagdazar Street, with a stop at the History Museum, Buna Vestire, Mircea cel Bătrân, Grădinari, it will return at the roundabout, then back onto Grădinari Street and continue on the normal route. The following stops cannot be used: Armoniei, Maternity Hospital and Grădinari.

Route 401: HIPODROM – AFI PALACE
– on the direction HIPO – AFI Palace, normal route until the intersection of Grădinari and Mihai Bravu Streets, then the following streets will be used: right on Mihai Bravu, Apelor, AFI Palace parking area. The following stops cannot be used: Mihai Bravu, Neajlov, Tanin, Stadion.

– on the  direction AFI Palace – HIPO from inside the AFI Palace, the following streets will be used: Apelor, Gh. Doja, Poștei, Apelor, Mihai Bravu, with a stop at Cornățel, Grădinari, then the normal route. The following stops cannot be used: Alexandru Vlahuță, Războieni, Neajlov and Mihai Bravu.

The diversion of these urban routes is required by the road traffic restrictions in the area of the “Ilie Oană” Stadium, as a result of the football match between the senior national team of Romania and the equivalent national team of San Marino, counting for the FIFA World Cup 26TM Qualifiers GROUP H.

In addition to the above, the time interval for the traffic diversion may be subject to further changes, depending on the instructions of the Traffic Police officers of the Municipality of Ploiești, who will be present in the area.
