9. What is the applicable legislation?
- HCL (Hotărâre de Consiliu Local / Local Council Decision) no. 129 of 30.03.2023, on the approval of the Regulation on the establishment, organisation and operation of paid public parking lots, located on the public and private domain of the Municipality of Ploiești;
- HCL no. 130 of 30.03.2023 on the approval of the Regulation for the organisation, operation and functioning of the above-ground paid public parking, located in Ploiești, Cuza Vodă St., no. 8C;
- HCL no. 169 of 10.04.2023, on the approval of the tariffs in paid public parking lots on the public and private domain of the Municipality of Ploiești
- HCL no. 454 of 25.11.2021 supplementing the Regulation for the establishment, organisation and operation of paid public parking lots located on the public and private domain of the Municipality of Ploiești, approved by Local Council Decision of the Municipality of Ploiești no. 263 of 26.07.2013, with subsequent amendments and additions;
- HCL no. 676 of 20.12.2023 amending and supplementing HCL no. 129 of 30.03.2023, on the approval of the Regulation on the establishment, organisation and operation of paid public parking lots on the public and private domain of the Municipality of Ploiești.
- Law no. 448/2006 on the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities;
- Order 163 of 21.02.2023 on the implementation of the unique format of the parking ID card for persons with disabilities;
- Decree-Law no. 118 of 30.03.1990, republished, on granting certain rights to persons persecuted for political reasons by the dictatorship established starting from 6 March 1945, as well as those deported abroad or held as prisoners.
Applicants submit applications for the issuance of permits, parking ID cards during working hours, cards, subscriptions, applications submitted in physical format, at the SGU headquarters, or by e-mail, which are then to be verified and registered, submitted for approval, within the legal term of 30 days, in accordance with the HCL in force.
The documents required by citizens can be found on the website or at the headquarters of SC SGU Ploiești and are submitted in person or online.
