What is the applicable legislation?

  • Decision no. 516/30.09.2025 on the approval of the tariffs in paid public parking lots on the public and private domain of the Municipality of Ploiești

PUBLIC PARKING TARIFFS:

  • Parking tariff: 4 lei / hour, VAT included, with the exception of the above-ground parking on Cuza Vodă St.
  • Parking tariff of 5 lei/hour/parking space, VAT included, in the above-ground parking on Cuza Vodă Street
  • Subscriptions for riverain residents, within the limit of 250 parking spaces located on upper floors III-V and the attic, in the Cuza Vodă above-ground parking, as follows:
  • 105 lei/month, VAT included for riverain natural persons;
  • 175 lei/month, plus VAT for riverain legal entities
  • Subscriptions for non-riverain residents, in the Cuza Vodă above-ground parking, as follows:
  • 330 lei VAT included, for a monthly subscription;
  • 785 lei VAT included, for a quarterly subscription;
  • 1395 lei VAT included, for a semi-annual subscription;
  • 2380 lei VAT included, for an annual subscription.

In case of loss of the parking ticket  at the Cuza Vodă above-ground parking, a fee of 55 lei/day, VAT included, must be paid;

  • Subscriptions for commercial companies, authorised natural persons and public institutions, non-governmental organisations and other non-profit legal entities in paid public parking lots, as follows:
  • 310 lei/car/month, VAT included;
  • 750 lei/car/quarter, VAT included;
  • 1315 lei/car/semester, VAT included;
  • 2255 lei/car/year, VAT included.
  • Subscriptions for natural persons in paid public parking lots, other than the above-ground parking on Cuza Vodă St., as follows:
  • 140 lei/car/month, VAT included;
  • 335 lei/car/quarter, VAT included;
  • 585 lei/car/semester, VAT included;
  • 1000 lei/car/year, VAT included.

The fee for the issuance of the parking permit for riverain residents is 25 lei, VAT included, representing the cost of issuing the permit.

The fee for replacing parking subscriptions, ID cards for persons with disabilities and free parking permits that have been lost, damaged or destroyed is 25 lei, VAT included

These tariffs are indexed annually with the inflation rate!
