Ploiești prepares to enter the magic of the Winter Holidays

Primăria Municipiului Ploiești (Ploiești Municipality City Hall) announces that, on Saturday, 29 November this year, starting at 18:00, the city will be enveloped in the light and joy of the Winter Holidays. As happened last year as well, the children of Ploiești will have the honour of pressing the magic red button, which will turn on the festive lights and transform the entire city into a true „Republic of Santa Claus”.

We would also like to remind you that, in the contest organised by the municipality for children eager to press the enchanted button which will transform the city into a dream world, all children aged between 6 and 14 may participate. Registration is done online, by accessing the link https://craciun.ploiesti.ro/, by completing the form available until Friday, 28 November, at 13:00. The draw will take place on the same day, in the evening, LIVE on the official channels of Primăria Municipiului Ploiești. The selected children will go on stage and light up the holiday lights for the entire city.

Also that evening, the Christmas Market will be officially opened, where visitors will be able to discover traditional products, gifts, decorations and culinary delights.
