Ploiești has an active and diverse civic scene, built by associations, foundations and initiative groups that contribute every day to education, culture, sport, the environment, inclusion and community life.
Projects funded in 2025
In 2025, Ploiești City Hall allocated a record non-reimbursable budget for projects run by non-governmental organisations, on the basis of Law no. 350/2005. Following the selection session launched in early July, 25 projects were declared winners.
Social & social inclusion
3 projects dedicated to support for persons with disabilities, children and vulnerable families.
