The sale is conducted by auction in accordance with the provisions of Local Council Decision (Hotărârea Consiliului Local) of the Municipality of Ploiești no. 17/30 January 2025. The legal basis is Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, with subsequent amendments and additions.
