In accordance with the provisions of art. 5 para. (4) of Annex 1 to Government Decision (Hotărârea de Guvern) no. 639/2023 for the approval of the methodological norms for the application of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises,
The Ploiești Municipality, as the supervising public authority (autoritate publică tutelară), is organizing consultations with the shareholders of Hale și Piețe S.A. Ploiești Company, with a view to finalizing the initial component of the Company’s selection plan.
The draft initial component of the selection plan of Hale și Piețe S.A. Ploiești Company may be consulted on the website of the supervising public authority by accessing the following link: https://old.ploiesti.ro/Monitorizare%20institutii/2025/Componenta%20initiala.pdf.
Shareholders representing, individually or jointly, at least 5% of the share capital have the right to formulate in writing, by transmission to the e-mail address: guvernanta@ploiesti.ro, proposals for amendment and supplementation of the draft initial component of the Company’s selection plan within 5 days from the date of publication, i.e. by 17.12.2025.
If the shareholders do not transmit proposals for amendment and supplementation, the initial component of the selection plan for the selection of an administrator at Hale și Piețe S.A. Ploiești Company shall be considered finalized and shall be approved by local council decision.
