Public debate on setting local taxes and fees for 2026

The Ploiești Municipality, through the Serviciul Public Finanţe Locale Ploieşti (Public Local Finance Service of Ploiești), is organizing on Tuesday, 23 December 2025, at 09:00, at the institution’s headquarters in Ploiești, 16 Bulevardul Independenței, the public debate on the draft decision regarding the setting of local taxes and fees for the year 2026.
This will take place on the ZOOM platform and will be conducted by Mrs. Simona Dolniceanu – Executive Director of the Public Local Finance Service of Ploiești.

Please note that access to the electronic platform can be made on the day and at the time of the debate by accessing the link https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81489154868?pwd=xxcDGmlXay3cQbpywfQ6IPXA7WHcKq.1, no more than 5 minutes before its start.

The draft decision together with the related annexes was posted on 17 December 2025, on the institution’s website www.spfl.ro and on the website of the Ploiești City Hall www.ploiesti.ro .

All interested parties are invited to participate in the public debate: citizens of the municipality of Ploiești, individuals and legal entities, civil society organizations, non-governmental organizations, media representatives, representatives of interested public institutions.

Interested persons can register to take the floor during the public debate at the e-mail address: informatica@spfl.ro or directly at the headquarters of the Public Local Finance Service of Ploiești at 16 Bulevardul Independenței, until 23 December 2025, 8:30.

Speaking registrations will last a maximum of 10 minutes and will refer exclusively to the draft decision.
