NOTICE – INVITATION TO PUBLIC DEBATE. The Ploiești City Hall, through the Ploiești Public Local Finance Service, is organising on Tuesday, 23 December 2025, at 09:00, at the institution’s headquarters in Ploiești, Bulevardul Independenței nr.16, the public debate on the draft decision regarding the setting of local taxes and fees for the year 2026.

This will be held on the ZOOM platform and will be hosted by Mrs. Simona Dolniceanu – Executive Director of the Ploiești Public Local Finance Service. It should be noted that access to the electronic platform can be made on the day and time of the debate by accessing the link https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81489154868?pwd=xxcDGmlXay3cQbpywfQ6IPXA7WHcKq.1, no more than 5 minutes before the start.
The draft decision together with its annexes was posted on 17 December 2025, on the institution’s website www.spfl.ro and on the Ploiești City Hall website www.ploiesti.ro.
All interested parties are invited to participate in the public debate: citizens of the Ploiești Municipality, natural and legal persons, civil society organisations, non-governmental organisations, media representatives, representatives of interested public institutions.
Interested persons may register to take the floor during the public debate at the e-mail address: informatica@spfl.ro or directly at the headquarters of the Ploiești Public Local Finance Service in B-dul Independenței nr.16, by 23 December 2025, 8:30 am.
Floor registrations will last a maximum of 10 minutes and will refer exclusively to the draft decision.
The draft decision on local taxes and fees for the year 2026 can be consulted: – on the website of the Ploiești City Hall www.ploiesti.ro and on the website of our institution www.spfl.ro.
