On 22 December 2025, between 10:30 and 11:40, the events marking the Day of the Victory of the Romanian Revolution and of Liberty will take place in the Civic Centre.

Accordingly, road traffic will be closed on Bulevardul Republicii (the Vasile Milea St. – Tache Ionescu St. section) for the parade of the military troops. 

In this context, the local public transport routes in Ploiești will modify their itineraries as follows:     

Routes 1, 30 and 32:  

–          on the southbound direction, from the Piața Eroilor roundabout, vehicles will travel along Carpați St., Emile Zola St., with a stop at Hale Catedrală, then continue along Emile Zola St., Erou Călin Cătălin St., Ștefan Greceanu St., Nicolae Bălcescu St., Gh. Lazar St. and from Bd. Independenței the current route, with the corresponding stops. The Galeriile Comerciale stop will not be served

–          on the northbound direction, normal route until the intersection with Gh. Lazar St., then via Nicolae Bălcescu St., Ștefan Greceanu St., Erou Călin Cătălin St., Emile Zola St., after which the usual route. The Palatul Culturii stop will not be served.

Routes 7 and 22 barat

–          on the direction towards Dorobanțul/Bariera Unirii, from Tache Ionescu St., the route will go through Piața Victoriei, Gh. Lazar St., Dr. Bagdazar St. and continue on the normal route. The Hale Catedrală stop will no longer be served

On the direction towards Rudului/Auchan, no changes apply. 

Route 39 barat:

–          on the direction towards Hale Catedrală, normal route up to I.L. Caragiale St., where it will stop at Faredo, then it will travel along Gh. Gr. Cantacuzino St., Cuza Vodă St., Vasile Lupu St., Piața Eroilor, Carpați St., Emile Zola St. The Tache Ionescu stop will not be served.

On the direction towards Cartier Vest, route 39 barat does not modify its itinerary.

Routes 35 and 35 barat

–          will be shortened to Faredo. Route 35, from I.L. Caragiale St., will travel along Rudului St., Mărășești St., Lobacevschi St., Tudor Vladimirescu St. and, further on, the usual route.

Routes 44 and 202

–          the routes shortened to Hale Coreco (44 short and 202 short) will be used.  The link between the city centre and Gara de Sud (South Railway Station) will be made by the other routes operating in the area.

Tickets validated on the trolleybuses will also be valid on the buses running between the city centre and Gara de Sud during the period when the trolleybus routes 44 and 202 are shortened. 

Likewise, tickets used on the bus, for the Gara de Sud – city centre area, retain their validity on trolleybuses running towards Malu Roșu and Podul Înalt respectively.

Depending on the orders of the Traffic Police, both the time interval and the specified detour routes may be modified.
