regarding the sale through public auction with full or instalment payment of the land of 392 m2, located in Ploiești, Stânjeneilor Street, no. 21, lot 740, registered in Land Book no. 152611, with cadastral no. 152611, belonging to the private domain of Ploiești Municipality

General information regarding the object of the public auction procedure: the sale with full or instalment payment of the land of 392 m2, registered in Land Book no. 152611, with cadastral no. 152611, located in Ploiești, Stânjeneilor Street, no. 21, lot 740, belonging to the private domain of Ploiești Municipality. The sale is carried out by auction in accordance with the provisions of Local Council Decision of the Municipality of Ploiești no. 725/23.12.2025. The legal basis is the Administrative Code – GEO no. 57 of 2019, with subsequent amendments and additions.

The cost and payment conditions for obtaining this copy, where applicable, in accordance with the provisions of GEO no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code: The value of the awarding documentation is 500 lei and is paid at the cashier’s office of Ploiești Municipality on the basis of an order issued by the Publicity, Patrimony Valorization and Economic Agents Authorization Service.
