General information regarding the subject of the public auction procedure:lease of the property – land with an area of 6 sqm, located in Ploiești, Eroilor Street, FN, in front of Bolovani cemetery, belonging to the public domain of the Ploiești Municipality. The lease is carried out by auction in accordance with the provisions of Decision of the Local Council of Ploiești Municipality no. 649/27.11.2025. The legal basis is the Administrative Code – G.E.O. no. 57 of 2019, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
