Tax Reductions and Reconciliation of Overpaid Amounts

The Serviciul Public Finanțe Locale (Local Public Finance Service – S.P.F.L.) Ploiești is currently in the process of implementing the most recent legislative changes regarding:

granting tax reductions for buildings between 50 and 100 years old;
granting tax reductions for buildings over 100 years old;
granting fiscal facilities for persons holding certificates classifying them as having an accentuated or severe disability.

In this context, we inform citizens that all compensations between amounts overpaid by taxpayers benefiting from the cases mentioned above and the payment obligations relating to part of the 2027 tax will be carried out automatically.

Persons who wish to receive a refund of overpaid amounts may request this by submitting a request to the Serviciul Public Finanțe Locale Ploiești, after 15 May 2026.
