NOTICE ON THE OPENING OF THE DECISIONAL TRANSPARENCY PROCEDURE FOR THE DRAFTING PROCESS OF A NORMATIVE ACT

Today, 23 March 2026, the Ploiești City Hall (Primăria Municipiului Ploiești) announces the opening of the decisional transparency procedure for the drafting process of the following normative act: Decision supplementing Decision No. 182/27.06.2019 of the Local Council of the Ploiești Municipality on the approval of the tariffs for the use of certain spaces within the sports facilities under the management of the Ploiești Municipal Sports Club (Clubul Sportiv Municipal Ploiești).

This draft can be consulted on the institution/municipality website www.ploiesti.ro, in the Decisional Transparency Section.

The documentation accompanying the draft normative act includes:

  • ANNEX TO H.C.L.;
  • APPROVAL MEMORANDUM;
  • SPECIALTY REPORT – DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, LEGAL DISPUTES, PUBLIC PROCUREMENT, CONTRACTS;
  • SPECIALTY REPORT – ECONOMIC DEPARTMENT, FINANCIAL – ACCOUNTING SERVICE;
  • SPECIALTY REPORT – PLOIEȘTI MUNICIPAL SPORTS CLUB;
  • DECISION OF THE LOCAL COUNCIL OF THE PLOIEȘTI MUNICIPALITY no. 182/27.06.2019 on the approval of the tariffs for the use of certain spaces within the sports facilities under the management of the Ploiești Municipal Sports Club;

     A copy of the draft normative act can be obtained upon written request submitted to the Public Relations, Administrative Procedures Monitoring Service within the Ploiești City Hall.

    Interested persons may submit, in writing, proposals, suggestions or opinions (with recommendation value) regarding the mentioned draft normative act, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of the draft on the website.

         Proposals, suggestions or opinions shall be submitted to the headquarters of the Ploiești City Hall, namely to the PLOIEȘTI MUNICIPALITY REGISTRY OFFICE or to the PLOIEȘTI MUNICIPAL SPORTS CLUB  or may be sent via the e-mail addresses: comunicare@ploiesti.ro, registratura@ploiesti.ro, office@csmploiesti.ro, within the time limit mentioned above.

The materials submitted shall bear the mention “Decision supplementing Decision No. 182/27.06.2019 of the Local Council of the Ploiești Municipality on the approval of the tariffs for the use of certain spaces within the sports facilities under the management of the Ploiești Municipal Sports Club“.

Proposals, suggestions, opinions with recommendation value will be published on the institution’s website, at the link https://ploiesti.ro

         The non-incorporation of the recommendations submitted in writing will be justified in writing.

For interested parties, there is the possibility of organising a meeting in which the above-mentioned draft normative acts may be debated publicly, if this is requested in writing by an association, no later than 10 calendar days from the publication of the date and place where it is to be organised.
