Transport Călători Express S.A. informs the public that, starting today, 17 April 2026, the 24PAY app will no longer be available for the purchase of travel tickets

This measure is necessary so that the app’s administrator can implement the changes required by the new legislative provisions.

Travel passes (abonamente) previously purchased through the 24PAY app remain valid and will continue to be visible in the app.

Tickets can be purchased through the following alternative methods:

  • TCE SA service points;
  • ticket vending machines;
  • POS terminals on board vehicles;
  • SMS;
  • the MobilPay Wallet app.
