Object of the procurement

: The object of the direct procurement is the provision of cleaning services at the headquarters of the Local Public Community Service for Population Records of Ploiești, until 31.12.2025, with the possibility of extension by addendum until 30.04.2026, in accordance with the provisions of art. 165, para. (1) of Government Decision no. 395/2016 for the approval of the methodological norms for the application of the provisions on the award of public procurement contracts from Law 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented.

The surface area of the building where the cleaning services will be provided is approximately 1,106.73 sqm, as follows:

Building A: 894.28 sqm (also includes the basement archives)

Building B: 212.45 sqm
